Abstract In the summary published at the international conference WATER 2018, entitled “Modern concepts for constructive solutions in Dobrogea” [11], the authors briefly referred to the theoretical considerations and the case study on the concept of a “passive house” in the Dobrogea region - Romania, Constanta county, more precisely in the Mangalia area.
