The results show that the oscillation damping obtained from the system with POD is better than that from the system with PSS. Abstract

An increase in interconnection of power systems may lead to poor damping oscillation. This paper studies the oscillation damping performance of the Power System Stabilizer (PSS) and Power Oscillation Damper which are located on a photovoltaic plant (PV-POD).
