Examination of the optimum regional point system by Gift & Circulation Model

Abstract

Community currencies have been used for regional revitalization in various area of Japan, however, there are problems in many cases. In this paper, we built our original Gift & Circulation Model as a regional point system and performed multi-agent simulation. Based on this data, we considered the conditions for promoting people’s interaction by Difference In Difference analysis. As a result of the analysis, to make system that increasing more points for the participants, it is possible to promote people’s interaction by giving points between participants.
