Abstract

Aiming at the tube mill burthen controlled object with the characteristics of large delay, large inertia, nonlinear and time-variant, we design a tube mill burthen control system basing at fuzzy immune PID control. 模糊免疫PID控制在管材轧机负荷控制中的研究与应用
针对管材轧机负荷控制对象具有大滞后、大惯性、非线性、时变等特点,设计了一种基于模糊免疫PID控制的管材轧机负荷控制系统。系统结合了模糊免疫PID控制的串级控制,并采用P控制内循环和模糊免疫PID控制的外环,以充分利用串级控制,模糊控制,免疫反馈控制和PID控制,使系统不仅更好地跟踪能力,而且更健壮和抗干扰。为了显示优越的控制策略,同时本文进行串级PID控制仿真,结果表明,该控制方法比串级PID控制具有更好的调节质量,且控制算法简单实用。
