Abstract

The paper describes an approach to building adaptable real time command and control (C2) systems. In particular it presents an overview of the Adaptable Real-Time Distributed Object Management (ARTDOM) project in progress at the MITRE Corporation. This project is currently developing real time extensions for the Common Object Request Broker Architecture (CORBA) Trading Object Service.
