Abstract

A brief theory and results of diagnostic use of parametric analysis of Stokes-polarimetric mapping of biological blood products of laboratory mice with varying severity of sepsis are presented. Within the framework of the statistical analysis of phase maps, criteria (statistical moments of the 1st - 4th orders) of differentiation of phase distributions of the points of the digital microscopic image of polycrystalline blood films are determined. The clinical effectiveness of vector-parametric phase analysis was determined - the operational characteristics (sensitivity, specificity, accuracy) of the diagnostic strength of the method were found.
