The digital content source is represented by the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BSE), but it also can be retrieved from on-line vendors, e-commerce, e-payment agents etc. A performance evaluation for the e-business SOAP and REST Web services, provided on 4G LTE and IEEE 802.11n WLAN channels, is presented in the paper, in a QoS approach, referring to the response time and throughput.
