Message from the president.

Abstract

It’s that time of year again when many of us who are registered as professionals (e.g., architects, engineers, geologists, land surveyors, etc.) receive our annual or biannual renewal notices. In recent years, registration laws in many states have been amended to require continuing education to maintain status as a registered professional. Listening to some of my colleagues in the hallway, there always seems to be a fair amount of concern and consternation about how to meet these continuing education requirements each year.
