It was found that mothers and nurses of children with leukemia who received chemotherapy had higher post-education oral practices, oral care and mouth-protecting nutrition behaviors compared to pre education. When we evaluated the differences of point averages between before education and after education; both mother and nurses group’s 3 sub-domain and total point averages are extremely different, after education it is seen that the points are dramatically increasing. Abstract

EDUCATİON对THE PATİENT S FAMİLİES及护理人员对LEUKEMİC CHİLDREN RECEİVİNG化疗患者口服MUCOSİTİS控制的影响

本研究的主要目的是探讨白血病患儿化疗后，对患者家属的教育及护理对控制口腔黏膜炎的效果。这项研究是半实验性和分析性的，于2011年4月至5月在伊斯坦布尔两家教育研究型医院和两所大学医院的儿童血液肿瘤学服务部门进行。在本研究中，抽样对象为母亲34人(占95%)和护士40人(占98%)。结果发现，接受化疗的白血病患儿母亲及护理人员教育后的口腔习惯、口腔护理及护口营养行为均高于教育前。当我们评估教育前和教育后的平均分差异时;母亲组和护士组的3个子领域和总平均分差异极大，经过教育后可以看出，分数都有显著的提高。通过对母亲和护理人员进行化疗症状管理方面的培训，有助于口腔黏膜炎的控制。
