Abstract

The conceptual model of researching the competitiveness of a public servant of municipal bodies has been substantiated power, which is a combination of three blocks: theoretical, analytical, practical. The essence of the concept of competitiveness of a civil servant is revealed, the essential characteristics of each component of the block in particular and the blocks of the model as a whole are substantiated, the presence of a direct connection between them is established, which makes it possible to obtain an objective result when considering the object of research
