Abstract

This paper presents the measurement of the direction of arrival (DOA) of 300-GHz-band radio propagation in the vicinity of a human body. We have developed a high-speed terahertz hemispheric scanner that can measure the DOA of 300-GHz-band radio signals with an angular resolution of 0.5°, and a human body phantom whose complex permittivity is close to the human body at 300 GHz band.
