SNA offers handling of large calculations with adjustable parameters, adaptability of calculations according to business requirements and application to diverse IT infrastructures. Abstract

Social Network Analysis is a unique and innovative concept in the global business management market that allows prediction of behaviour of various involved nodes (typically clients or customers) in a structured dependent network using commonly provided services.
