The computer experiments verified the effectiveness of the proposed method. Comparing with the GO database, the results showed that some important relationships between the genes in function, component or process are found by our method. Abstract
Genes with similar patterns of mRNA expression and similar functions are likely to be regulated via the same mechanisms.
