Perkebunan Nusantara VIII Bandung. Th e research method uses are descriptive and verification methods. D ata obtained through a questionnaire distributed to 75 respondents, who are the employees at the company , using random sampling techniques. Data analysis was performed with the SPSS v.23 for windows program. The results of the analysis are used to test the validity, reliability, determination, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing using the f test and t test. The results of data analysis from this study indicate that simultaneously, talent management and teamwork have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VIII Bandung. Partial talent management and teamwork also significantly influence the performance of employees at PT.
