The results of data analysis from this study indicate that simultaneously, talent management and teamwork have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VIII Bandung. Partial talent management and teamwork also significantly influence the performance of employees at PT. Abstract

The author conducted this research with the aim to find out how the analysis of talent management and teamwork on employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VIII Bandung. Th e research method uses are descriptive and verification methods. D ata obtained through a questionnaire distributed to 75 respondents, who are the employees at the company , using random sampling techniques.
