Study of the Issues and Strategies on Freeways of China's West and Its Countermeasures

Abstract

Our western region's geology is very complex. The development of economy lags behind. The level of urbanization is very low. Those characteristics made the development of western highway face some obstacles such as: high cost per kilometer, lack of funds, and the low benefit of highway. This essay analyzes these problems and the reasons behind, then gives countermeasures
