Organization of control and supervisory measures in the field of preparation of cadastral documentation

Abstract

To date, the topic of improving state regulation of cadastral activities has become particularly rel-evant due to the increasing number of cases of errors committed by cadastral engineers. In order to reduce the time and improve the quality of prepared cadastral documentation in the field of land relations, as well as to reduce the number of court disputes, the legislator takes various measures aimed at strengthening supervision in the preparation of cadastral documentation. This article presents the results of the analysis of offenses committed by cadastral engineers in the preparation of cadastral documentation in terms of geodetic support of works.
