Before Ulugh-beg, the Muslin world had possessed no scholarly monarch. In this regard, the Muslin writers could liken him only to Aristotle's royal pupil. Ulugh-beg loved science and culture warmly and held science above theology and languages. He was a guardian of the scholar and promoted scholarism study. He took part in the science study by himself. His Astronomical observatory and table are very important and famous in the world Astronomy history. In the reign of Ulugh-beg, the culture of Central Asia was very splendid. He had made outstanding contributions to the development of the Central Asia's civilization.
