Abstract
A multi-cascade connection systems which consists of several subchains, and each subchain has a cascade connection between different subsystems is considered in this note. Multi-cascade connection systems can be converted as multiagent systems (MAS) where each subchain is viewed as an agent and the connection between subchains can be seen as a topology structure between agents. The model-free adaptive control (MFAC) approach is applied to track control of multi-cascade connection systems with switching topology in this note. Merely the I/O information of neighboring subchains as well as a target signal are employed in presented control method to meet output tracking with market demand. The convergence is proved by rigorous demonstration based on the algebraic theory and matrix theory. To demonstrate the acquired results, a numerical simulation is provided.
