By adjusting the number of automatic gluing heads and various jigs in the carrier design, it can be replaced according to design needs to realize the advantages of diversified flexible production. Abstract

Aiming at the problem of automatic production of cosmetics, few volume, huge variation, and the yield rate is low, design method based on the interactive application of molds and tools in elastic production is proposed. This research is based on the relevant research and analysis of existing products to develop an innovative production sequence process in assembly. This study applies the electrical control system and platform structure design to the traditional site production process to achieve the purpose of automated production. 智能装配在化妆品柔性生产中的应用
针对化妆品自动化生产中存在的批量少、变化大、成品率低等问题,提出了基于模具与工具交互应用的弹性生产设计方法。本研究是在对现有产品进行相关研究和分析的基础上,开发出一种创新的装配生产序列工艺。本研究将电气控制系统和平台结构设计应用到传统的现场生产过程中,以达到自动化生产的目的。通过在载体设计中调整自动胶头和各种夹具的数量,可根据设计需要进行更换,实现多样化柔性生产的优势。实验结果表明,该方法具有弹性换线性能好、缺陷率低、生产效率高等特点,为弹性生产自动化的进一步应用奠定了基础。
