Research on the Diversified and Dynamic Evaluation of University Teachers' Teaching Quality Based on FAHP

Abstract

Aiming at the problems of unbalanced qualitative and quantitative evaluation, and unscientific teaching evaluation methods in the current teaching quality evaluation of university teachers, a new evaluation system of the university teachers is reconstructed and the method of Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process is used to achieve scientific evaluation.
