Analysis on Economic Management Modernization and the New Trend of Economic Management Development

Abstract

Economic management is very important, effective management can promote the benign development of economy. Economic development in the new era has new characteristics, and economic management should be adjusted accordingly and developed towards modernization in order to enhance the adaptability of management. Aiming at the discussion of the modernization of economic management, this paper introduces the specialization and democratization, initiative and creativity, scientization and automation, and prospects the new trend of management development, including humanized management, software management, flat management and so on.
