Financial and Legal Aspects of the Participation of Municipalities of the Russian Federation in the Implementation of National Projects

Abstract

Using a system analysis and a comparative legal method the author considers participation of municipalities in the implementation of project activities, including their role in the implementation of national projects in the Russian Federation. Th e paper provides examples of strategic investment projects implemented by the municipalities of the Moscow region, identifies current problems.
