Abstract
This paper experimentally measures the tolerance to optical feedback for the heterogeneous silicon quantum dot (QD) comb laser. The measurement results show open eye diagrams and error-free operations at 10 Gb/s and 50°C, with - 18.5 dB on-chip optical feedback, indicating high tolerance for optical feedback.
