We consider this issue from the facility in the whole HEMP propagation and find that the possible range of response would vary in different dip angles. With the analytical expression by PC, the statistical characterization of the coupling like waveform with different confidence interval or the PDF of response at any frequency or moment is available now. Other indexes are also calculated via the waveform. Abstract
Polynomial Chaos (PC) is used to calculate the uncertainty of coupling responses caused by variables in HEMP.
