The study is based on empirical and theoretical research methods: analysis of practical experience with these international systems of educational statistics, the study of scientific literature, comparative analysis and synthesis. The practical significance of the work lies in describing the functionality and features of these systems, the structure of their sets of indicators, as well as their potential for use in national systems of educational statistics and analytics: analysis of the current state and dynamics of education systems in different countries and their comparative analysis. As an example of the effective use of the international systems of educational statistics at the national level, a description of the system of educational analytics «The Conditions of Education» (USA) is presented. The main goal of the article is to provide information on the international systems for educational statistics and analytics to a wide range of citizens: the active members of the civic society, educators, researchers, experts in the field of national statistics and analytics, education leaders and policymakers for promoting the integration of Ukrainian education systems into the world and European education communities.
