Abstract

High sports performance is inseparable from coaching that is carried out as early as possible through talent search and monitoring, nurseries, sports education and training based on science and technology more effectively. Scouting talent can be seen from physical, skill, and psychological tests. Making accurate and valid predictions about an athlete's long-term success in professional sports is probably a difficult aspect.
