The notification of wrong information dissemination may be called a false alarm notification and there are various challenges faced by VANET technology to detect false alarm notification like Lack of accurate and reliable information, Limited processing power, Dynamic topology, Limited communication range. So proposed algorithm is to detect false alarm notifications and to overcome the challenges faced by VANET. The proposed algorithm is based on rules based approach which means these give notification about the false alarm information or may generate alarm for the same. Abstract
