Abstract

A comparison was made between a tangential flow system with mixed oxide ceramic membranes and a tangential flow system with mixed oxide ceramic membranes impregnated with porcine gelatin for emerging contaminants such as tetracycline. For the impregnation of the ceramic membranes, a tangential flow system and a 1% porcine gelatin solution were improved.
