Abstract

Fuzzy logic is an innovative technology that enhances conventional system design with engineering expertise. The working of fuzzy logic becomes clear if one focuses on the working of present day computers. The working of present day computers is based on simple binary logic. Boolean logic is good for computing, but it does not work for imprecise values, since these computers normally solve problems by breaking them down into a series of binary decisions.
