Furthermore, aiming at ISMG distributing mechanism for SMS, a mathematical model with matrix method which had a low consumption load but a high efficiency strategy of dynamically scheduling for load balancing was constructed afterwards. Abstract

For the purpose to develop an SMS (Short Messaging Service) issuing system for aviation information service application system, the transmission technology of SMS platform with ISMG (Internet Short Message Gateway) for short messages’ distributing was analyzed, then a revised sliding window mechanism with priority as well as a method for calculating the real-time load capacity for ISMG was proposed in this paper. 基于滑动窗口和负载均衡机制的短信平台优化技术研究
