Furthermore, aiming at ISMG distributing mechanism for SMS, a mathematical model with matrix method which had a low consumption load but a high efficiency strategy of dynamically scheduling for load balancing was constructed afterwards. Abstract

为开发面向航空信息服务应用系统的短信发布系统,分析了基于ISMG (Internet Short Message Gateway)的短信平台的短信分发技术,提出了一种具有优先级的改进滑动窗口机制,并给出了ISMG实时承载能力的计算方法。在此基础上,针对SMS的ISMG分配机制,构建了一个低消耗负载、高效率动态调度策略的数学模型。通过对短消息分发流程的优化,在保证短消息准确及时传递的同时,提高了短消息平台的鲁棒性,从而提高了网络通信设备的效率。
