The Early Jurassic Bivalvia from the Hettangian and Lower Sinemurian of South-West Britain Part 2

Abstract

ABSTRACT Part 2 continues the descriptions of early Jurassic bivalves from the Hettangian and Lower Sinemurian stages of south-west Britain. Seven species are assigned to the subclass Heteroconchia, including the genera Neocrassina (Neocrassina), Cardinia, Tutcheria, Tancredia (Tancredia) and Protocardia (Protocardia). Two species are assigned to the subclass Lucinata, including the genera Mesomiltha and Luciniola.
