Abstract

In this paper, a substrate integrated waveguide (SIW)-to-defected ground structure (DGS) bandpass filter with moderate fractional bandwidth and improved stopband performance is proposed and demonstrated for X-band radar application. Design considerations including the design approach are addressed.
