Abstract

Aiming at the working characteristics and operating environment of electric submersible pumps in oil wells, this paper designs a real-time monitoring system for the working status of electric submersible pumps based on stm32f103. 基于stm32的电潜泵实时监控系统设计
针对油井电潜泵的工作特点和工作环境,本文设计了一种基于stm32f103的电潜泵工作状态实时监控系统。本设计主要分为传感器采集模块、信号处理模块和数据显示模块。传感器模块主要实现振动、压力、流量、含水量的采集。将传感器模块采集的参数与stm32f103主控芯片相匹配,对这四个参数的数据进行有效的处理和分析,并通过串口传输正确的数据结果。最后采用4G DTU无线传输将数据发送至服务器,实现数据终端的显示。本设计实现了对潜水泵工作状态的远程实时监控以及与服务器的信息、数据交互,为潜水泵机组的安全运行提供了保障,使潜水泵工作状态的数据监控更加智能化。这对油井数字化、智能化监控具有重要意义。
