A great deal ofassistance is rendered by the companies who have adopted the TQM technique;in giving the feedbackonperformance .Measuring resultsgives the company a yardstick to determinewhether objectives are being net ------butperformance data are also needed tohelp peopleto improve and develop over time. Abstract
