The pick-up rate of residual film is the main index to evaluate the performance of the combined operation machine for straw returning to the field and residual film recovery. The field test is carried out by using the orthogonal test analysis method based on the operating speed of the machine, the rotating speed of the residual film cleaning drum and the depth of the ripper teeth. Analyze the influence of the ratio of different parameters on the pick-up rate of the residual film, obtain the significance of the influence of each factor and the order of priority, and obtain the optimal level combination, so as to obtain the best working parameter ratio relationship of the machine, that is, the residual film The speed of the film cleaning drum is 57r/min, the working speed of the machine is 6km/h, and the pick-up rate of the residual film reaches 87% when the soil loosening tooth enters the soil depth of 50mm.
