Diagnostic precision of CA 72-4 is 28-80 % (40-46 % on the average). According to international guides [5], all patients were performed the diagnostic laparoscopy with researching of washout liquids of abdomen in uncertain cases. \nConclusion. Summary. Aim. Improvement of algorithm of diagnostics of patients with complicated stomach cancer. Materials and methods. 计算机断层扫描在局部分布胃癌分期及手术治疗中的作用

总结。的目标。复杂胃癌诊断算法的改进。材料和方法。本文对我院收治的418例合并胃癌患者的手术治疗结果进行了分析。“T. Zaycev乌克兰NAMS普通外科和急诊外科研究所”，2010年至2019年，29岁至76岁。结果。采用仪器联合方法对患者进行检查。目的是病理过程的全面详细检查。SCT对肿瘤的检测准确率为95 ~ 97%，分期准确率为77 ~ 80%。内窥镜检查可以确定肿瘤的位置、扩散、发现癌前和癌初的病理过程。没有任何理想的肿瘤标志物。CA 72-4的诊断准确率为28- 80%(平均40- 46%)。根据国际指南[5]，所有患者均行诊断性腹腔镜检查，并对不确定病例进行腹部冲洗液的研究。结论。只有联合腹部SCT、FEGDS、活检、腹腔镜对胃癌患者进行复杂的检查，才能提供检查总量、分期和手术辅助。
