Abstract
Results of the study and technology of the new generation of microwave absorbing covers on the base of thin amorphous hydrogenated carbon films a-C:H with ferromagnetic 3d-metal nanoparticles (Co, Fe, Ni) sputtered on aramide tissue (kevlar) are presented. Electromagnetic wavespsila losses in the produced microwave absorbing covers with the thickness of 1.5 - 2 mm are equal to 10 - 15 dB in the frequency range 8 - 80 GHz. The covers weight is 1.0 - 1.5 kG/m2.
