Packet dropping probability determination for PRMA systems with data

Abstract

The main objective of this paper is to extend previously published results about simultaneous voice and data transmission on PRMA (packet reservation multiple access) systems (Nanda, 1990). With this new approach more rigorous results are obtained which confirm the feasibility of the proposed system.
