Representatives of collaborating organizations, delegates from all supporters, it is our great pleasure and honor as General Chairs of IEEE CSE/EUC 2019 to welcome you to the 22nd IEEE International Conference on Computational Science and Engineering (IEEE CSE 2019) and 17th IEEE International Conference on Embedded and Ubiquitous Computing (IEEE EUC 2019), and the co-located events. IEEE CSE/EUC 2019 Committees organize these two colocated conferences.
