Comparative analysis of the implementation of the institute of competition in the international practice of forensic science

Abstract

В статье анализируется практика судебной экспертизы за рубежом. Рассмотрены вопросы состязательности в сфере финансово-экономических экспертиз и экспертиз, связанных с определением стоимости. По мнению авторов, развивающаяся в ряде стран практика конференций и перекрестных допросов экспертов позволяет суду получить полное и глубокое представление о спорных вопросах экспертизы, исключить затягивание рассмотрения дел из-за повторных экспертиз и принять максимально взвешенное и правосудное решение. The article analyzes the practice of forensic examination abroad. The issues of competitiveness in the field of financial and economic expertise and expertise related to the determination of value are considered. According to the authors, the practice of conferences and cross-examinations of experts, which is developing in a number of countries, allows the court to get a complete and in-depth understanding of the controversial issues of examination, to exclude delays in the consideration of cases due to repeated examinations and to make the most balanced and fair decision.
