Prototype of the Information System for Promoting Publications of Scientific and Educational Organizations in the Field of Wave Electronics and its Applications

Abstract

Scientific communication is the processes and mechanisms for the promotion of scientific ideas within the scientific community and beyond, it is the dissemination of scientific knowledge of the surrounding reality through various channels, means, forms and institutions of communication. In the paper perspective directions and forms of scientific communication are considered in the context of increasing the “visibility” of scientific publications following the results of the international conference «Wave electronics and its application in information and telecommunication systems» (WECONF). The purpose of the study: formation of publications matrix and mathematical description of the calculation method of the integral indicator of a scientific conference.
