CRYPTOCURRENCY: ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES OF INTRODUCTION INTO ECONOMIC AND LEGAL CIRCULATION

Abstract

Статья посвящена характеристике относительно нового явления в экономико-правовой жизни современного общества и государств - криптовалютам. В научной работе в краткой форме (тезисно) перечисляются основные преимущества и недостатки введения криптовалют в экономико-правовой оборот. В качестве вывода по статье отмечается, что явление криптовалюты в современном мире имеет довольно противоречивый эффект. С одной стороны, это привлекательный финансовый инструмент для субъектов финансово-экономических отношений, но с другой - это еще пока малоизученный и не апробированный массово на практике объект отношений. The article is devoted to the characterization of a relatively new phenomenon in the economic and legal life of modern society and states - cryptocurrencies. In a scientific paper in a short form (thesis) the main advantages and disadvantages of introducing cryptocurrencies into economic and legal circulation are listed. As a conclusion, the article notes that the phenomenon of cryptocurrencies in the modern world has a rather contradictory effect. On the one hand, it is an attractive financial instrument for subjects of financial and economic relations, but on the other hand, it is still a little-studied and not massively tested in practice object of relations.
