Abstract
The influence of the structural parameters of CuS nanoparticles on their plasmon characteristics has been calculated and studied. Effect of the concentration of free holes, plasma frequency, free carrier damping constant and dielectric permittivity of nanoparticles on the peak position of the surface plasmon resonance has been researched.
