Abstract

In this paper, the identification of station importance of Taipei metro network using subgraph centrality is presented. First, the subgraph centrality that is a generalization of degree centrality is described. Then, many matrix functions are used to define subgraph centrality including matrix exponential, matrix logarithm and matrix hyperbolic cosine.
