Nonlinear interaction of the waves in periodic semiconducting superlattice placed in a magnetic field

Abstract

The nonlinear interaction of the waves in layered-periodic semiconductor-dielectric superlattice located in a magnetic field is examined. For the theoretical investigations of the nonlinear processes we use the "three-wave interaction" procedure.
