The authors consider the peculiarities of teachers' continuing education development and present a unique model based on the process approach and the design of training in the form of a project which includes formal, non-formal, and informal learning. The paper demonstrates the role of internal and external recognition of learning outcomes for development of the continuing education system. The paper deals with the issues of initiation of the teachers' continuing education process. With a view to support and disseminate this process, a technique for the proactive development of vocational education organizations' project teams and an algorithm of its implementation have been developed. The algorithm is completed with guidelines for the implementation of each step of the presented technique. Abstract

The purpose of the paper is to examine the task of management of continuing education for the teachers in the system of secondary vocational education.
