Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa terdapat Pengaruh komunikasi organisasi dan komunikasi antar pribadi yang kurang efektf sehingga berpengaruh terhadap keefektifan program keja organisasi PKPT IPNU IPPNU IAIN Madura. Abstract This research is to explain how the influence of communication between the management of PKPT IPNU-IPPNU IAIN MADURA, causing the unrealization of several programs that have been arranged. The work program is a program that must be carried out and carried out in an organization whose rules have been written scientifically. Organizational communication is very influential on the effectiveness of the work program of PKPT IPNU IPPNU IAIN MADURA. The method used in this method is descriptive qualitative.
