Nagornaya, V. Mikitenko, O. Oleksiuk, R. Simionov, V. Pila, S. Tulchinskaya and others. However, the issues of imperfection of opening tools and methods of assessing the economic potential of regions remain insufficiently studied, which leads to limited use of it, ignoring potential opportunities in solving institutional problems.
