Analysis of Aviation Accidents Associated with Aircraft Jet Engine Surge, On-Board Fire and Crew Ejection

Abstract

The article focuses on the analysis of the statistics, causes and consequences of aviation accidents and preconditions for aviation accidents causally linked to aircraft jet engine surge events, on-board fires and subsequent flight crew ejections in jet military fighter, fighter-trainer and trainer aircraft in the service of Czechoslovakia and the Czech Republic from 1960 until the end of 2018.
