Abstract
The fourth industrial revolution was triggered by the development of information and communication technology, where the technology base is intelligent automation with decentralized control and advanced connectivity supported by IoT (Internet of Things). For the manufacturing industry, the new technology allows production systems to carry out flexible mass customized production with flexibility in production quantities. By using the Industry 4.0 concept for manufacturing systems and Manufacturing Execution System (MES), this research develops cloud IoT on the shop floor of the machining manufacturing system. The data obtained from manufacturing machines and shop floor activities are stored in a database that is connected via IoT machining workstations and IoT work stations order release. Using the IoT device that was created, the machining work station IoT device is a device that sends machine activity data online, while the order release station IoT device is a device that sends job data online to the machining work station. Cloud IoT shop floor of the resulting machining manufacturing system, placed on the campus website. Cloud IoT is capable of receiving and sending order release workstation and machining workstation data to the database for further processing and display online. Additional Keywords and Phrases: Internet of things, Manufacturing industry 4.0, IoT cloud, Shop floor.
